If you missed it the first time, please join us for an encore presentation of this important information. Presented by Father Tom and guest specialists, information to be discussed will include funeral and estate planning, advance directives, hospice, and other considerations for ourselves and our families. The workshop will be held in Creation Chapel for 4 Wednesdays in October (October 9, October 16, October 23, and October 30) from 12:00-1:45 in order to include those who work remotely and those who are home during the day. Lunch will be provided by Justin Streeter and Ameriprise Financial Services, LLC. It is strongly encouraged that you attend all four sessions.
In order to plan appropriately for lunch, please RSVP for each session separately.
